If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition.

• Original packaging must be included.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
